Work experience
Software Engineer
As a developer of SG Markets ASIA team in Hong Kong, I take part to the digitalization of the firm by building interactive and intuitive Web applications. Each one dedicaed to different activities within the financial and banking industry (Trading, Sales, Corporate Financing, Regulatory Compliance). The development process follows the Agile principles (Scrum / Kanban). All along their development, my team collaborate with other stakeholders (technical & design teams, business & sponsors) around the globe (America, Europe & Asia). To ensure regular improvements and reliability of the platforms, CI/CD pipelines and Cloud infrastructure are put in place for deliveries. The objective is to reflect the constant maturation of the products towards the business.
Competitiveness Engineer
In the CaDM (Configuration and Documentation Management) department of Thales Alenia Space, my mission is to maintain and develop a portfolio of applications. As part of space programs, those applications are used by the CaDM staff to automate documentation and data processings. These latter are then delivered to the stakeholders of the programs (end clients, public organisations, vendors, ...). A side of the mission is implement evolutions - based on new requirements from the users - on the existing applications. The other side is to build applications which cover and ensure a secured chain of data transmission, between Thales Alenia Space and the stakeholders taking part in the space programs.
Business Analyst
Within this websites and IT solutions integrator, my mission as Business Analyse is to collect requirements from clients prior the estimation/pricing of the solutions done by the development teams. I also took part in the redaction of functional and technical specifications in order to present and validate them with the clients. During this internship, I have developped my skills in terms of Business Analysis and Clients relationships management. Besides, I have improved my knowledges in Web applications development (such as Content Management Systems, Web technologies or Project management)
Web Developer Intern
As my first experience in the IT field, this internship was about building a virtual "Innovation Box". Its purpose is to help the company to boost the innovation spirit among the collaborators. On one side, they can share through the application any needs, improvements they see within the work environment. On the other side, anyone - who has a suggestion - is able to contact the need/improvement submitter. Then they can team up, discuss about a potential solution and form a team to start implementing it. The application is built with Symfony2 framework. All the technical choices during the project have been taken without any contraints or restrictions.
