As my first experience in the IT field, this internship was about building a virtual "Innovation Box". Its purpose is to help the company to boost the innovation spirit among the collaborators.

On one side, they can share through the application any needs, improvements they see within the work environment. On the other side, anyone - who has a suggestion - is able to contact the need/improvement submitter. Then they can team up, discuss about a potential solution and form a team to start implementing it.

The application is built with Symfony2 framework. All the technical choices during the project have been taken without any contraints or restrictions.
